Well, not me exactly.
But I’m honored that this creation of mine has been selected by the US State Department’s Art in Embassies program to hang in the US Embassy in Albania for the next two years!
Several years back I had two pieces selected to hang in the embassy in East Timor (yes, I had to look at a map for that one). The Art in Embassies program is one of the better uses of our tax dollars-in my opinion. What a wonderful idea to feature American artwork in our embassies to create cultural connections with folks around the world. I’m so happy to be a part of it.

Very cool! Didn’t know about the program, but they’ve obviously got good curators!

It’s a wonderful program, Julia. They publish avery slick booklet about each exhibit-and give you many copies. You should look into it!
